The Ski Renter is Temporarily Closed

The Ski Renter Will Be Closed Until April 7, Or Until the Current Shelter-In-Place Directive Is Lifted

Per the Shelter-In-Place directive from the County of Santa Clara, The Ski Renter will be temporarily closed until April 7, and/or when the directive is lifted.

For what it is worth, most, if not all, of the Northern California ski resorts are closed for at least the next few days, most through the end of March, a few for the season, due to a combination of winter storms expected over the next few days, coupled with the need to minimize spreading of the Coronavirus.

However, if you need to return equipment to us, you can make reservations to do so with us by email.

For those of you who have season leases, that equipment is due back April 15, by which time this directive will hopefully have expired. If you need to return your equipment before then (for example, you are moving out of the area), again, please make reservations with us by email.

As ski resorts re-open and the CDC indicates it is OK to do so, we will resume normal operations according to the protocols recommended by CDC at that time.

We very much appreciate your business and are sorry for this disruption in services, especially since most of the ski hills are just receiving some of the best snow of the season! We do wish you the best of health and happiness, and we look forward to serving you again in the near future.

Keep thinking snow!
